Happy July! Happy Canada Day! Yay!
I've seen a few comments on this, so I should mention it: Yes, Jeremy and Hiryuu are _both_ wrong in June 30th's comic. That's not unintentional. Hee.
Here's a bit of strange trivia, while I'm at it: Last week's story, with the crazy werewolf samurai guy? Based on reality. Not mine (thankfully!), but a woman on another board I frequent had a thing for... well, such a guy. He honestly believed the stuff about the male werewolf god, reincarnated samurai, and how nuns were the most pure of people and would make ideal primary wives. The bit about the reincarnated lovers was from a DIFFERENT guy the same woman knew; I only included that because I could get a joke out of it. She's got a blog, and I promised I'd credit her (and every comic in the sequence will get a link and a credit), so please, visit HeadDesk by Miss Moxie!
I'm inviting you all to listen to the Sequential Artists' Pub. It's a bi-weekly, informal chat show featuring webcomic artists, writers and readers, hosted by Krishna Sadasivam. Interesting thing to push, right? Well, there have been three episodes so far, and I've been on two of them, generally making a fool out of myself. I'm having fun, though, even though the TalkShoe client is iffy on my end. (First episode I was on? Piped in through someone else's Skype. Go me.)
